Sweet Berry Farms!

Saturday we made the drive out west to Marble Falls. For some crazy reason we thought some manual labor would be fun....and it was! We had a great time picking strawberries, pulling onions and digging for potatoes! I've never pulled onions or dug potatoes before, it was actually really fun, it was also the kids first time strawberry picking.

The farm had some animals, horses, goats, donkeys and chickens...baby girl thought they were hysterical, she was laughing up a storm! This one family set there strawberry basket down to go pet the donkeys, well they set it a bit too close to the fence because the horse had a field day with those red luscious berries! I didn't have my camera with me while he was chowing down but I did catch the aftermath:)

The first time I've shared my son on the blog (isn't he a handsome guy!?) he is in the middle of enjoying his ice cream...strawberry flavor!

Mom, dad and a little man.

This past week has been sooo busy and stressful it is just plain ridiculous! I was hoping to have this sneak peak from my Saturday session up for mom on Monday, as you can see I'm a few days late. Hope mom will check in and see them though:)

Quick mini session today.

Seriously it was like 10 minutes max with outfit/prop changes lol. The girl was just trying to escape like usual:)
My style is more bright and fun, I especially like my b/w bright and high contrast, it's not everyones taste and that's ok.


But I can do normal and muted:)

My first family shoot!

Yesterday was my first family shoot and I must say WOW they are a beautiful family and super photogenic! I'm still proofing of course but here is a sneak peak!

...until my baby girl is 11 months:( Time is flying, she is growing like a weed and learning new things everyday. Yesterday she started climbing the stairs! It's all so bittersweet.

I had a session today with 2 more beautiful children. They have the most fantastic eye color I have ever seen. I told mom I wouldn't have a sneak peak up until Sunday but I got so many fantastic shots I had to get a few up tonight;) More to come Sunday...

A little boy on the move!

This handsome guy was my Saturday session. we headed over to a local park for some outdoor shots. I knew I would have a hard time in the bright Texas sun in the early afternoon and I did. He is also super speedy!
I did end up with a few keepers though. Here is a quick sneak peak for mom, I will be proofing tonight:)

This is the Birthday Girls baby sister, she is 7.5 months old if I did my math right:). She is already on the move!!! Her mama is going to be super busy once she really gets going.

The Birthday Girl!

Today I had my first studio portfolio building session! I think it went quite well! This beautiful girl had pictures done for her 4th Birthday, which is at the end of the month. We also shot some photos of her and her baby sister, and just her baby sister too (I'll share those another day). They turned out sooo well! I have been proofing all day but I really wanted to get a sneak peak up for mom (hope your still awake:))

The new ride!

We needed a new vehicle desperately! When baby girl outgrows her infant seat, we would never be able to go anyplace as a family as there is just no way to get 3 full size carseats across a back row. We've been looking and researching for awhile now and yesterday we found the car we decided to buy. We also spent 5 flipping hours at the dealership!!! I was not happy about that at all, the kids did pretty good though all things condsidered.

So now we have a 3 row vehicle that can fit our entire family!
