Maybe! I was sent this shirt by the owner of an online boutique in exchange for a few photos. No it's not Aubrey's birthday yet...she is only 21 months but this shirt is cute and will be used for her 2 year cake smash! And yes. I'm going to do the cake smash again, I can only IMAGINE how much fun she will have this year!

This is my beautiful Goddaughter! Her and her mama came down from NY to visit the fam for a week. We had sooo much fun. I am really sad that they are gone and know it will be at least 10 months before I get to see them again. She's already grown so much since the last time I saw her in September 07!
Her mama ordered a 16x24 of this one!


I'm going to order a 12x12 of this one and turn it into a tile, I love it!

This was her last time I saw her, can you see why I feel like I am missing EVERYTHING? Waaaaaaaaaaaa

Yesterday I got together with some great photographer friends (we had a great time!)for some fun in G town. We were shooting each other on the fire escape when this darling couple and adorable children approached us and we started chatting:) Then we shot the kiddos for a couple minutes because they had never had professional portraits done; the kids were naturals and just gorgeous!

This morning I got to photograph this beautiful 6 day old princess. She was so easy going and sleepy and just so cute with all that hair! Here is a sneak peak for her mommy and daddy, more to come soon;)

I wanted to play with my lighting again today, this time I used my AB 800 and a borrowed Softlighter umbrella from a friend. Bash got to be my model today, yes I had to bribe him. lol

After I told him he had to cooperate to get the sucker



Diving in to his sucker 5 minutes after I got the lights set up...

Then he walked away and ate the sucker, got sticky and got chucked in the tub;)

Maybe I can play more tomorrow;)

So this is not the best portrait lol but it was spur of the moment. Daddy brought the kids home from swimming after my newborn session yesterday and my one and only boy wanted to do pictures with *his* cat. He scooped her (Chloe) up and plopped down in the bean bag. I already had the lights set up so I snapped a few, this one is my fave!

*sigh* I am so in love with my new light and a fellow photogs 50x50 westcott I can't think straight. I got to play for a bit today and got some amazing images from this setup. This is my youngest..almost 20 months..she is getting big QUICK!!!

This tiny, beautiful baby girl is 11 days old today. She was a great sleeper and oh so sweet, and tiny...did I say tiny???? lol She is about 5 pounds. I got some great shots!

{Austin Childrens Photographer} Christmas shoot urban style!

Yesterday we popped out to downtown Hutto to shoot some fun possible Christmas card pics...it didn't go very well as is usual with MY 3 kids lol. Aubs is still a touch sick though so I will give her a pass...the other 2 have no excuses except for being silly!

This one "may" be a contender for this years card...I still want to doa formal shoot all dressed up but today is too windy and cold!



I looooove this one. Aubrey heard the train coming got up and started running toward it shouting "wooo ooo" (a train whistle) She was too cute!

We went to the State Fair this weekend in Dallas, yes we are crazy and went during the Red River Rivalry game but it was the only weekend Dave could get off. The fair was INSANE, pure craziness I tell ya BUT we had a great time! I was so excited that they had a mini rodeo, I've wanted to see one since we've moved down here so when I saw it on the event list you better believe we were there! It was fun! The bulls were gigantic, Spiro, the white one with black specs was over 2,000 lbs!

It's picture time again! I do not by school photos. Cheesy poses and smiles and crazy fake backgrounds are just not my thing. So we did a tiny session today and I got so many keepers, she is doing much better on not giving me the crazy eyes;) I'm not sure which I am going to print yet for family and friends...tough to narrow it down. The coast was FANTASTIC!!!!!

So we had planned on going to the coast for Labor Day weekend..then Mr. Hurricane Gustav had 2 models taking it to Galveston so we cancelled our trip. I was so so so bummed...you don't even know lol, seriously in tears. I never cry so I was really so sad we were going to miss out again on heading down there. We woke up Saturday morning and saw all the models had the storm tracking up north to LA and north TX so we decided to find a hotel on North Padre Island. We totally do things on a whim all the time. I like life like that:)
It was our first time to see the Gulf of Mexico and we had a really fabulous time!

Meet Lulu!

We have had her a week today, my husband named her....he actually named her Babalu..yeah...it's after an MMA fighter...at least I get to call her Lulu, that's cute right?



Her last week, she has already grown a bunch! She's eating good;)

One of my gorgeous maternity models had her baby boy! He was 10 days old when we did this shoot. He is extremely alert and you can already see all the wonder in his eyes. His future will surely be bright!
